Believe In You consists of passionate, dedicated individuals who care entirely about the well-being of those in our community. Here, we practice all of our core values and put them to use and most importantly, we are here to build a friendship with those around us. After all, we share this space as one big family.

Teacher Empowerment Circle

The development and initiation of a formation of experts in the industry of education helping to drive the BIY mission, operations and strengthen the integrity of building successful learning environments.

The mission of the Teacher Empowerment Circle (TEC) will be aimed at ensuring we maximize our educators in not only providing their educational know-how to the organization, but spearhead specific areas of research, program execution and provide us insight to what it takes to be successful in today's classroom. Whether that is in the remote learning environment of today, or what may be of the future. In doing so, we will launch this year a collaboration with a high school that is already implementing various programs that are geared towards digital design, tech and career readiness. An early initiative of the TEC will be the involvment of research on our current LA demographic audience and how to integrate them into a program with this school. The effort will be student-led, focused on creating a technology solution; a solution that will be worked on from peer-to-peer that can be scalable for our organization.

Supporting the Movement

We stand with multiple organizations, advocates and initiatives that help to advance the health of communities and its people through areas such as data and research, mental health and education.
